Ann Carol Pipitone, 80, of Colts Neck, died on Saturday, August 16.
Ann was born in Jersey City to the late Josephine (Vonatzingen) and Arthur Hogan. She was raised in Secaucus, attending St. Michael’s catholic school, and graduating from Weehawken high school. Ann worked for Joe Weider for some time before she and her husband began their family together. They lived in Kearny, Old Bridge, and Manalapan before settling in Colts Neck in 2000.
Ann loved cooking, especially for all of the holidays, and gardening. Most of all, she enjoyed being a mother and grandmother.
She is predeceased by her parents, her loving husband Arthur Pipitone, her sister Ellen Kleber, and her mother-in-law Marie Pipitone.
Surviving are her daughters, Jill and her husband Christopher Olsen of Jackson, and Jennifer and her husband Steve D’Antonio of Colts Neck, and her four beloved grandchildren Gianna, Alexa, Frankie, and Sebastian.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 21 from 10am – 12pm at the Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 South Holmdel Road, Holmdel. A funeral home service will be offered at 12pm. Entombment will follow at Holmdel Mausoleum, Holmdel.
In lieu of traditional remembrances, Ann’s family asks with gratitude that donations in her memory be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
