Anton Zic, 91, of Lyndhurst, N.J., passed away on Wednesday, November 16.
Born in Krk, Croatia he immigrated to the US and lived and worked in NY prior to moving to Second Avenue in Lyndhurst in 1972. He was a commercial painter for many years and was a lifelong member of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades (IUPAT), District Council 9
Anton was predeceased by his former wife, Dominka, and his parents Anton and Marica Zic.
Surviving is his son, Robert and his wife Dawn Zic of Lincroft, and his daughter, Christine Zic-Calton and her husband Jim Calton of Greenville, SC; and five beloved grandchildren Kathryn, Benjamin and Luke Zic, and James and Alexandra Calton.
Funeral services will be private.
