Antonio Davi, 52, suddenly passed away on Friday August 27, 2021. He was born in Bari, Italy and immigrated to the United States with his parents and two brothers in 1974, where they settled in Keyport.
They then moved to Philadelphia, they opened their first Villa pizza and then eventually moved to Middletown where they opened Villa Ristorante in 1989. He was a loving husband, father, brother and son. He was a big Giants fan and loved attending games with his family and friends. He was young at heart as he would jump in the pool with the kids and always make funny jokes.
Tony is survived by his wife Celine of 22 years, his children, Antonio, Nicholas (Nicco) and Rosa Sophia. His parents, Francesco Davi of Italy and Rosa Lasorsa of Belford and his two brothers, Pietro Davi and wife Jennifer of Philadelphia and Luigi Davi and wife Sandra of Middletown and many family members.
Services will be Tuesday, August 31st from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at the Holmdel Funeral Home at 26 S Holmdel Road.
Due to the unexpected death of Antonio Davi, the family is requesting financial assistance with the funeral in lieu of flowers. Donations may be sent to:

My son had his 1st slice of pizza at Villa Ristorante at age 3 in 1997 and his 1st soccer/birthday party there in the back dining room in 2000.
