Words cannot express how devastated I am. Carl was a best friend for almost 30 years. We’ve been through it all together, good the bad, life events, as well as bickering like a married couple, which we lived for. He was someone I shared any and everything with, a friend that only comes once in a lifetime, that anyone would be so lucky to have. His family is like a second family to me. I’ll never forget all the years and escapades we spent together. I cherish our friendship more than anything, the advice, conversations, laughter, and fun. He was truly one of a kind and i was lucky to know him. I’ll miss you brother and you will never be forgotten. Hope you’re at peace now…

Carl and I had been friends since high school , and for 32 years we never lost our rhythm. No matter how long it had been between conversations, we always picked right back up like no time had passed. He was one of the most loyal friends I’ve ever had...and also one of the most sarcastic and funniest. The kind of friend who could make you laugh when you needed it most and who you just knew would always be there. He even stood beside me in my wedding, which says everything about what he meant to me. I’ll miss the laughs, the sarcasm, and knowing he was always just a call away. Grateful for 32 years of friendship. Rest easy, my friend
