She loved her horse Godiva and her dogs Harry and Sophia. Since she was a child, having the family dog, and any beloved animal brought her joy and comfort. She was a Hunter Jumper’s rider as well as an equestrian rider. Her love for her animals, present and past, were a huge part of who she was. Cheryl was a fitness enthusiast and while she was in her 30’s and 40’s, she enjoyed bodybuilding and later began teaching Zumba classes. She was a graduate of Red Bank Catholic High School as well as a graduate of Parson’s School of Design in NYC. For many years she worked in the design industry and later became the owner of Mulberry Row, Colts Neck.
Cheryl enjoyed family gatherings, decorating for every occasion and making the day special for her family. Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter were her favorites.
A fan of television crime dramas, CSI, FBI and NCIS were her favorites, along with watching Yellowstone on Netflix. Being born in Indianapolis she was a huge fan of the Indy 500 and all car racing and even got to drive the track at the speedway for a few laps. She loved music and enjoyed dancing. Her energy level rivaled the Eveready bunny with a personality that was outgoing and engaging to all she met.
