Delfina Sanzari, 94 of Colts Necks, NJ passed away Monday September 28th at Brandywine Reflections of Colts Neck, NJ. Mrs. Sanzari was born and raised in Hackensack, NJ until the time she was married and moved to Carlstadt, NJ where she lived until 1990, when she moved to Colts Neck. Mrs. Sanzari taught English as a second language at Bergen Community College and was an interrupter at Hackensack courthouse. She spoke several languages fluently, all of which were self taught. She had an affinity for the Spanish language and culture. She will be deeply missed. Mrs. Sanzari is predeceased by her parents, J. M. Formoso and Delfina Gonzalez Teixeira; her brothers J.M. (Pepe) Formoso, John Formoso, and Baldemar Teixeira; and her daughter Dolores Kaminski. She is survived by her sons, Joseph M. Sanzari, HoHoKus, NJ, John A. Sanzari, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ; her beloved daughter Rosemarie Solimine, Holmdel, NJ; her sisters, Clara Rodriguez, Paramus, Maria Teixeira, Toms River, NJ, and Laurinda Padilla, Colts Neck, NJ, her ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. A service followed by entombment will be held Friday October 2nd, 11am, at Holmdel Mausoleum, 900 Holmdel Road, Holmdel, NJ.
