My Aunt Dot was one of my favorite people in this world. She was never anything but sweet and kind to me . She always wanted to know what was going on in my life & with my own family. My mother always said that Dot, 7 yrs older, practically raised her, and I loved that special bond they had. As a child, I remember many nights around Ma’s table with her and her sisters talking & laughing til all hours. In later years, the pansy luncheons at Terry’s & the letters we shared. I know she is with her sisters, Ma & Deet & Uncle Bud. Now she us one of my angels and I will miss her. My family had made a donation to the World Central Kitchen in her name. She would have liked that.
