Pat and Family, So many wonderful memories of the pool parties at your fabulous house. What a fantastic host and hostess you and Ed were. Best house on the Jersey Shore. Charlene was always treated like a movie star and until this day she reminds me that I am married to a Movie Star. Thanks Guys. Our thought and prayers are with you during this difficult time. We only wish that we could come together as a family to grieve with you. In closing to your wonderful husband and father, we pray the Irish Blessing for Ed. “May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind always be at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face, and rains fall soft upon your fields. And until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of His hand.” Warren, Charlene, and Mimi

Barbara & Sal Giacchi left a message on April 19, 2020:
Dear Pat , Annmarie , Michael and family, Sal joins me in expressing our sincerest sympathies to all regarding Ed‘s passing. Ed was my elevator man at Monmouth Park for 20 years. He was kind, gracious, extremely witty, insightful and an expert at his job. He would always decline my offer to feed him as he wanted to make sure he did his job with diligence. But when I could, I would sneak down paper cups of Lays potato chips. His all-time favorite. Oh how he loved them! You would’ve thought I gave him inside information on the winning horse:) He was so grateful just for the smallest, smallest of gestures. And he treated everyone with the same kindness consistently. Rest in peace my friend ❤️May the race to heaven be a short one. I know it’s sure bet. Love & Hugs Barbara Giacchi
