Eileen C. Alexander, age 74, died peacefully in the arms of her husband on January 24th at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank, NJ.

Eileen was born in Jersey City, NJ and raised in West New York, NJ. At age 17 she met the love of her life, John, and the following year they were married. Together they lived in Holmdel, NJ for 47 years. They had three beautiful daughters together.

Family was most important to Eileen. She loved hosting her family and creating memories with them. Holiday gatherings were extra special, everyone knew that Christmas Eve was “her holiday”.

Eileen and John loved to travel. They went on thirteen cruises and traveled throughout Europe, going to Italy three times. They also enjoyed traveling closer to home particularly Atlantic City, Las Vegas, and Nashville, TN.

Eileen was predeceased by her parents, John and Eleanor Lampiasi, and her sister Catherine Miller. Surviving is her husband John of 55 years; her three daughters and son-in-laws Virginia & Jeffrey Fleming, Angela & Anthony Torsiello, and Adrian & Mark Marascio; her brother and sister-in-law L. Gerald and Joanne Lampiasi; and her two sisters Georgette Presto and Roberta Pallarino; and her seven grandchildren Anthony, Gianna, Julia, Tyler, Evan, Kaitlyn, and Luke.

Visitation Monday, January 28th 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 South Holmdel Road, Holmdel. Mass of Christian burial Tuesday, January 29th 9:15 am at Church of St. Catharine, 108 Middletown Road, Holmdel. Entombment Holmdel Mausoleum.
