Elisabeth M. Henry, 87 of Long Branch, passed away, Tuesday January 7th at her home. Mrs. Henry was born and raised in Schwandorf, Germany, she married her husband Earl Henry following World War II and they along with their children lived throughout the US, while Earl served in the Military. She was a member of the Continental Club. Mrs. Henry enjoyed working in her flower garden from dawn to dusk, traveling extensively throughout the world, her many visits to Monmouth Park and visiting the casino's. She was an avid reader and particularly enjoyed baking. Her great joy was the company of her grandchildren as she entertained them and provided them with her baking. Her husband Earl N. Henry died in 1977; surviving are three sons , Fred and Meryl Henry, Coral Springs, Fla; Earl Henry and Dawn Behrman, Long Branch and Michael Henry, Charlotte, NC; her former daughters-in-law, Kathleen Decarvlaho and Helen Cullen Henry; twos sister, Maria Loders Gotz and Erna Schmidt, both of Germany; her 7 grandchildren, Eric, Brian, Lara, Martine Elisabeth, Marisa Lyn and Joe Errigo, Keith and Audra and Gary Nix; 4 great grandchildren, Marley, Devon, Kiera and Mark; her niece and nephew, Dr's. Uli and Gabi Luber and their children, Nicholas and Anna Maria; her nephews, Detlef, Guenther, Gerd and Thomas and their families. Visitation Saturday, Jan. 11th, 11:30 until the time of the service at 1 pm, at the Woolley-Boglioli Funeral Home, 10 Morrell Street, Long Branch.
