Elizabeth Bracco, 94, of Colts Neck passed away at home on Tuesday morning, July 24th, 2018 surrounded by her family. Born in the Greenwich Village section of Manhattan, she lived in Brooklyn before moving to New Jersey.

Mrs. Bracco was a parishioner of St. Mary’s R.C. Church in Colts Neck. Prior to her retirement, she was a Teacher, Educator, and Guidance Counselor for the N.Y.C. Department of Education. She taught in schools in Brooklyn for over 30 years.

Aside from her work and profession, she was all about her family. She loved every moment that she was able to be with family. She especially loved reading to her grandchildren, and just generally loved her grandchildren.

Predeceased by her husband Salvatore, and her son Dr. Thomas Bracco DDS in 2013, she is survived by her daughter Kara Sce and her husband John, grandchildren Amanda and Lauren Sce, and by her loving sister Mafalda Coseglia.

Visitation will be on Friday, July 27th, 2018 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. At the Holmdel Funeral Home 26 South Holmdel Road, Holmdel, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday, July 28th at 9:30 AM at St. Mary R.C. Church, 1- Phalanx Road, Colts Neck, NJ.
