Fiona K. Diaz, 43 of Oceanport died at her home, surrounded by the love of her family.

She was born in Belize, Central America and had lived in Long Branch, where she was a graduate of Long Branch High School. Fiona attended Brookdale College studying finance.

Following Brookdale, Fiona became a registrar at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. Growing up in Long Branch, she enjoyed spending summer days on the beach. She has many special memories of visiting family and vacationing in Texas. A fan of Def Leppard, Fiona loved to dance while attending many concerts. She loved to cook for her family.

Surviving is her husband, Dagoberto Diaz; their son Aaron Diaz; Parents, Sandra Melendez and Jose Reyes; her sister, Jeanellie Reyes.

Visitation Friday, November 14th 9 am until 10:30 am at the Woolley-Boglioli Funeral Home, 10 Morrell Street, Long Branch. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, 11 am, Star of the Sea RC Church, Long Branch. At Fiona’s request she will have a private cremation.
