I recently learned of the passing of Captain Frank, a dear friend and mentor who left an indelible mark on my life. I had the privilege of working alongside him for over a decade, from the very beginning of my career. His stories about his diverse career journey—from the gas station to Uniroyal, to consulting, and ultimately to our company—were always captivating, as was his love for his boat, *Dad’s Toy*. I was fortunate enough to step aboard *Dad’s Toy*, and it was clear how much joy and pride he found in it. But what stood out most about Captain Frank was the pride he took in his family and the unwavering love and care he showed for those closest to him. I will always admire how he visited and cared for his father until his passing—a testament to his kindness and dedication. He cherished his grandchildren and relished sharing their progress in school and sports, always lighting up as he spoke about them. Even after he left our company, we stayed close. I had the chance to visit him in Florida a few times, where he was thriving in retirement—enjoying his beautiful home, trips to the Bahamas, and visits up north to see family and friends. I’ll always remember his generosity, like sending me a copy of his tax prep software every year, and occasionally calling with a “tech support” question that I was always happy to help with. The last time I saw him, he was soaking up the good life—relaxing with Elaine and friends, enjoying an afternoon drink, and wading in his pool. He’s loved showing me his slick new Ford Mustang. He was an inspiration, not only for how hard he worked but for how fully he embraced life. I’ll aspire to carry that same spirit forward. Captain Frank, I hope you're now on the most incredible cruise aboard *Dad’s Toy* up there. You will be deeply missed, but your legacy and the memories we share will live on.

Fran…such fond memories with you growing up as a little girl on Beech Street. You always had me on your shoulder, or in your convertible, giving me a ride to Birch Street. What I will miss is your “fresh” comments and dipple smirky smile you always seemed to have for me…and Elaine would say “Franny leave her alone”. You were my favorite, will love you forever! My heart is broken 💔

To my cousin Elaine who is more like a sister, I am so very sorry for your loss. I cherish the memories of visits with you and Fran in RI and Vero. Him showing us around the yacht club and spending time on that beautiful boat, meeting your dock mates and as always enjoying a cocktail as afternoon turned to night. The Wine Show in South Beach which also featured a variety of scotch to sample. The stories from their long ride in Billy's truck when they brought our 1934 Ford from Bar Harbor to ST Lucie West. So many relaxing afternoons and endless conversations on your Launi at both the Vero Beach houses. I loved how his face just lit up when he got a call from his children and especially those 3 grandchildren. He was so proud of them all. He will be forever in our hearts. Love You. PS: Note from Heaven...Red sofas.
