Frank A. Santagata, of Holmdel, NJ passed away Monday March 2, 2009 at the home of his daughter in Baltimore, MD. Mr. Santagata attended Georgetown University and the Citadel and served in the U.S .Air Force during World War II where he was stationed in Italy. He is survived by Frances, his wife of 62 years and their five children, Kathleen of N.Y.C., Diane and Mark Krasna Baltimore, MD, Frances and Mick Slager of Tallahassee Florida, Frank Jr of Port Charlotte Fla., and Rosemary and William Pursewell of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.and three grandchildren, Vered, Rachel. and Daniel Krasna. He is also survived by his sister Marie Maffei of Hazlet, N.J. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
