Maureen R Penta left a message on March 26, 2023:
To Carol and your whole family. I have known Frank for more than 35 years. Frank was my "boss" at the Intermediate School, he was my contractor renovating my kitchen, he .was my friend. I came to be close with your whole family on a personal and social basis. So many parties at your house - especially the surprise retirement party you threw for me. I hope the parties will continue - but there will be an empty seat. Frank will be missed. Take care and relish the memories. We will get together. Maureen

Sending much love and Texas-sized hugs to the family. I have many fond memories of weekends at Mercyhurst when Mr and Mrs Donahue would visit. Mr D had that personality that we were all drawn to. More recently, it was fun to see him while on calls with Meg at their house. His smile could brighten anyone’s day.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Frank was such a "hoot". We have videos of him that make us laugh out loud. But more seriously, he was a wonderful friend. So many times he was there to help us. Eunice used to call him if we were out of town and she was having trouble with the kids; he was at the scene of an accident when I was injured; and so much more. He was loved and will be missed.
