Memories of Elena go back to the first time I was ever introduced to her in 1972. I was just a young girl then and liked hanging out in the kitchen and watching her make fresh squeezed orange juice, or a peach pie from the peaches grown in the yard or listening to her advice on organic health cures or sharing her philosophy and point of view. I am especially grateful for her many years of devotion and love she had for Dad and I am glad they are together now in peace. Billy, I know your mom is looking down on you with great love and she will always be with you ! Love, Susan

Bill, we were so sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved mother. She was a wonderful, sweet, and caring, lady. We have many fond memories of fun times with Helena. Our trip to Smithville with your Mom and mine was absolutely fantastic! What a joy! I will miss visiting her everytime I was in New Jersey. She always had Russian candy for John Thomas or a low sugar treat for me! She was so thoughtful. Beyond that, she was so loving to our family. Heaven has a new angel. I pray you feel the comfort and peace of the knowledge that you will be united again. Love and prayers, Susan and Tom
