Howard “Howie” Martin Clott, 71, of Manchester, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, April 26th, surrounded by his family.
Howard was born and raised in Brooklyn. He graduated from Baruch College and served 6 years in the U.S. Army reserves.
Howie loved playing cards and Scrabble, going to the movies and the theater. His passion was painting, he was a talented artist. He would spend hours painting canvas after canvas. Most of all he loved being with his family, and especially loved spending time with his Grandsons Leo and Louie and his Step-Granddaughter Lily. Howie loved with his whole heart, he was a funny, loving, intelligent and loyal man who will be sorely missed.
Howard is predeceased by his son Andy Clott.
Howard is survived by his loving wife Janet Clott of Manchester; his daughter Jennifer Roman and her husband Jose of Millstone, and his grandsons Leo and Louie, his stepson Richard Jurusz and his wife Urszula and his stepgranddaughter Lily, and his beloved dog Buddy.
At the request of the family all services will be private.
