Joan Sansone, 78 of Long Branch died on Saturday, April 9th at Imperial Health Care, Neptune. Joan was born in Plainfield and had lived in North Jersey before moving to Long Branch 30 years ago. She enjoyed many years working at Foodtown, West End. Joan was a loving and kind sister, Aunt and friend to many. She was pre-deceased by her parents, Lucille and Joseph Sansone. Surviving are her brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Enilda Sansone, Rumson; and her sister, Carol Sansone, Long Branch. There will be a private service held by Joan's family. Contributions in memory of Joan may be made to St Jude's Children's Research Hospital, at www.stjude.org.
