LOU AND I WILL MISS JOHN HE WAS A GREAT NEIGHBOR AND FRIEND ALWAYS HAD A SMILE AND WE WILL MISS THAT.
Dear Kathy & Family, I am so sorry for your great loss! I only have fond memories of John, working with him at Tuzzio's. He had such a kind soul and warm heart!! May these candles and prayers of those who care help ease the pain and may sweet memories of John bring peace to you. I will miss him dearly.
Where most of us relect a belief that human conduct is motivated by self interest, John always looked for the best in others, a trait that this world sorely lacks. I will miss his calm take-it as-it-comes attitude and ofcourse I can not be more thankful for the partnership he had with Mom. John made us want to be better people. He made us want to be more like him. My only regret is not telling him. We'll miss ya!
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
Cathy, My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in this time of sadness. Maryann Smeriglio

Though nothing can bring back the hour of splendor in the grass, glory of the flower, we grieve not rather find strength in what remains behind. With kind regards and sympathy to Kathy and the entire Salerno Family.

It's hard to believe that John won't be standing behind the bar when I walk into the restaurant. He knew me since the day I was born and it was an honor to have him as a friend. John, please watch over all of us. You are truly missed.
Dear Kathy and Family, I am very sorry that John was unable to beat this horrible disease. I hope that you, your children and grandchildren always remember the good times. His memory will live on in your hearts forever. I consider myself lucky to have had the pleasure of knowing John and to have him as a friend. He was a caring and kind man and he will be missed. He will be looking down on all of us!
