Dear John and family, I was so very sorry to hear about Karen. Although many years have passed since we saw each other, I'll always remember the fun times we shared as neighbors and the ambulance ride we shared when she was having Ashley. I don't think I've ever had my hands squeezed quite so hard! I will always remember her. Love and deep sympathy, Nancy ( formerly Parziale)

With deepest sympathy to the Coppola family and friends. Karen was an amazing woman. She inspired me in so many ways. I will cherish always her kindness, mentorship, spirited personality, and deep love for her family and her beautiful labs. In recent years, after I left NJ for family reasons, Karen became a reliable and upbeat Facebook friend. I miss her but am sure she is reunited with her beloved Scarlet and Duckee over Rainbow Bridge.
