On February 3rd, a kind soul was unfortunately lost too soon. Kim Mazzara, 58, of Marlboro, unexpectedly passed away due to health complications. Growing up in Brooklyn, New York, Kim was able to make her mark starting with excelling academically, as well as inevitably beginning to flourish in the workforce while finishing off her high school diploma. She then ventured into Manhattan with court stenography, eventually pivoting to handling clients’ accounts. She then married her husband, Anthony, having two beautiful children, Anthony James and Victoria. She dedicated her life to her family, by being a beloved wife, mother, daughter/daughter-in-law, sister/sister-in-law, aunt/great aunt, cousin, niece, and friend. She was a Yankees and Giants fan, always cheering on her favorite sports teams. Later in life, she eventually joined her own daughter working at Wegmans, further touching the lives of many through her warm personality. Overall, her selflessness, attention to detail, and caring nature shined through all of her actions throughout her life. The entire Mazzara family wants Kim to be remembered as the most compassionate, loving, devoted, and overall the most light-hearted person that anyone would ever come across.
Visitation will be Friday, February 7th from 2-4 pm, as well as 7-9 pm at Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 S. Holmdel Road, Holmdel NJ 07733. On February 8th at 11:00 AM, a mass will be held at St. Gabriel’s Church 100 N Main St, Marlboro Township, NJ 07746. A burial will follow at St. Gabriel’s Cemetery.
