Lillian Steiner, 90, of Long Branch passed away Tuesday, May 15th at the Monmouth Care Center, Long Branch with her son and daughter-in-law at her side. Mrs. Steiner was an accounts payable auditor for the City of Long Branch for 15 years retiring in 1988. She was a member of Congregation Brothers of Israel, Long Branch. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Harold Steiner in 1991. Surviving is a son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Leonard and Roxanne Steiner, West Long Branch; her sister, Ruth Lapidus, Long Branch; a daughter Barbara Shorr, Nevada; a grandson and his wife, Michael and Vanessa Shorr, Rumson; three great grandchildren, Luke, Jake and Gianna. Funeral services will be held at 1 pm, Wed. May 16th at the Woolley Funeral Home, 10 Morrell Street, Long Branch. Interment Congregation Brothers of Israel Cemetery, West Long Branch.
