Lucille A. Arnts, nee Rogers, passed away peacefully at home in Wanamassa on Tuesday, March 29, 2016. Lucille was born in Elmira, NY, and moved to Wanamassa in 1959 with her husband of over 65 years, Otis “Ozzie†Arnts, and their sons. Lucille worked side by side with Ozzie at their two businesses, Arnts of Allenhurst Card and Gift Shop and Arnts of Allenhurst Photography. Lucille loved traveling with Ozzie to upstate New York to visit family and friends, as well as an annual trip to Ipswich, MA. Lucille was very active in the Women’s Club of Asbury Park, and she was often attending showcases of her husband’s artwork, as well as concerts being performed by her family. Lucille is predeceased by her father, Clarence Rogers, her mother, Adelaide (nee Bly) Rogers-Andrus and her stepfather, Dana Andrus. Lucille is survived by her son, Robert and his wife, Leeann, her son, William and his wife, Roxanne, her grandchildren, Alice Dobbs and her husband, Timothy, Lydia and Sam, and her great-grandson, Austin Dobbs.
