Margaret 'Peggie' M. Miller of Bradenton, FL passed away Friday, February 10, 2012 at her daughter Susan's home in Colts Neck, NJ. Born in Loughrea, County Galway, Ireland, Mrs. Miller has lived in Cape Cod, MA and Bradenton FL. She graduated Leland Powers School of Radio Theatre and Television, the New England Conservatory of Music, and Emmanuel College. Peggie was an Opera Singer, Actress, Radio Show Host of the 'Peggie Barrett Hour', and Teacher. She was a devout catholic and a caring and giving person, who was involved for over forty years with her husband Al as a fund raiser for The Jimmy Fund/Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Peggie was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt and friend to many. Daughter of the late Ann and John Barrett, youngest of seven children all predeceased her.Ambrose Barrett, Martin Barrett, May Cahill, Christine Shanahan, Esther Shea and Joseph Barrett. Widow of Al Miller and loving mother of Susan Miller of Colts Neck, New Jersey. A Memorial Mass will be offered on Saturday 9:00AM at St. Mary's R.C. Church, RT 34 and Phalanx Road, Colts Neck.
