Marie Coles Price, 84 of Long Branch passed away Saturday, February 25th at the Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. Mrs. Price was a Librarian at the Monmouth County Library for 30 years before she retired. She was a life long resident of Long Branch as well as a life long member of St. James Episcopal Church, Long Branch. Mrs. Price enjoyed traveling the world which she did with her grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by her husband, John Price in 1993 and her two sons-in laws, John Sullivan in 1991 and Michael Conway in 2008. Mrs. Price is survived by her daughters, Lucy Conway and Nancy Sullivan both of Long Branch; her brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Karen Coles, West Long Branch; three grandchildren, John and his wife Teresa Price, MaryAnn and her husband Al Hernandez and Carrie Sullivan; two great grandchildren, Alexandria and Taylor Hernandez. Visitation will be Monday, Feb. 27th, 6 to 9PM at the Woolley Funeral Home, 10 Morrell Street, Long Branch. Requiem mass will be offered Tuesday, Feb. 28th, St. James Episcopal Church, Broadway, Long Branch. Interment will follow at Woodbine Cemetery, Oceanport. Nancy and Lucy, sorry to hear about your Mom, my she rest in piece.

Uncle Charlie, aunt Karen, Jen, Kim & Amanda, so very sorry to hear of the passing of Marie. I will always remember her as a kind and loving soul who is now at heaven's gate.

The Mirarchi's extend their deepest condolences to Marie's family. As a neighbor of Marie's for over 30 years she was the most kind hearted and sweetest person. We feel very blessed to have known Marie and will miss her very much.

I have so many fond memories of Aunt Marie... all the backyard BBQ's that Dad had with all of you there. I will always think of Aunt Marie and smile. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your families. Always, Pam & Jimmy and family

Every moment spent with Mrs. Price was a happy and fond memory. From family dinners to watching Yankee games on the tv outside in the summer. These were times that I will always cherish. I know she will be missed,greatly.

My Aunt Marie, my loved aunt, was all about life. She couldn't wait to tell me about her children, their children, and - well - their children! Although she had serious health issues, I never heard a complaint from her. She was so excited to share a gourmet meal with Lucy or to talk about Carrie's teaching adventures. Her relationship with her grandson, Johnny, and granddaughter, Mary, was so strong. She loved talking about them and seemed to know everything they were up to. My mother was a grateful recipient of her unwavering kindness. Every week, my aunt would be at the nursing home with a container of home-made custard and a kind word for my mom. So - my cousins and your children - keep her love with you always. She was so proud of you, and her love for you will be with you always.
