I am very late receiving this news, but wanted her daughters, son-in-law and grandsons to know how much I thought of Mary Rae. She was an absolute joy! We worked together at Commodities Corporation and with Paula Belcher, spent a long night into the wee morning hours putting documents together for our Legal Department for over a decade. Mary Rae was a light in the darkness, a joyous, kind, witty, perceptive,. hard working and very capable delight who made all or our lives easier. A life well lived and lived to the fullest. I am confident she is enjoying rewards with her Lord. Much love to you all. Paula Pierce Beazley

I met Mary Rae on a ski trip to Jackson Hole Wyoming. We instantly connected as friends. She almost missed the bus on our return trip to the airport because of her desire to stay at a dance. The last trip we did together was a walking tour of Tuscany with another of my friends. I lost track of her the last few years much to my dismay. She was a wonderful and dear friend and so much fun to be with I am so very sorry to hear of her passing.

I am so very sorry to hear of Mary Rae's passing. Heaven truly gained an angel and diehard Giants fan. I knew Eileen as well. We had a saying..."On the G" at the stadium. She and I spoke every game after we both gave up our season tickets. It just won't be the same. May God keep her in his Grace. Until I sit behind you once again in heaven...Tom Fava, section 138.

Kathy and family I just learned of the passing of your Mom from my nephew, Danny Grillon. I am so very sorry and tearing at the moment. My wonderful friendship with your Mom goes back to skiing and tennis days. We met at the Central Jersey Ski Club, and the rest is history. We skied together, and played tennis together. Had some wonderful ski trips to your family ski lodge in Vermont with your Mom n my husband when not skiing with the ski club. I tried calling her on her 80th birthday in May that year, and got recording phone number was disconnected. My sincere condolences to you and your family. She loved her children and grandchildren so very much. She was a wonderful lady, and a dear friend. Sincerely, Joan & Gordon Leslie Atlanta. GA

I am so sorry to hear of Mary Rae's passing. We worked together at CC and kept in touch for many years after I moved to Florida. M.R. is a big part of my many fond memories of working at CC. I will always remember her for her wonderful sense of humor, vibrancy, and her love for her family. She was always speaking of family, especially her grandsons, and all of her cards and notes to me in recent years were always full of pride for her family. I will miss her immensely but will remember her always exactly how she looks in the beautiful picture posted in this Tribute. Rest in Peace M.R.

I'm so sad to hear about this. I had the pleasure of working with Mary Rae at Commodities Corp. What an incredible, funny, loving woman who definitely adored her family and grandsons and would speak often of them. We shared many laughs and looking back I just smile thinking of her. May she rest in peace.

Oh Kath, what a beautiful tribute. I am heartbroken for you, Kyle, & Colin. There is not a childhood memory I have that doesn’t include your mom. She was an incredible person, and when I was growing up I always thought of her as the most “put together” mom. She always looked just so. And I waS in awe that she could always ROCK a short hair style. May it bring you peace to know she is with Gran & Leen and in their loving arms. I Love You, Kath.
