Paul J. McCue, 48 of Long Branch passed away Wednesday, September 21, at St. Barnabas Hospice and Palliative Care at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. He was a life long resident of Long Branch. Paul graduated from Our Lady Star of the Sea School and Red Bank Catholic High School. He attended Brookdale Community College and was employed by various local businesses. He was a life long parishioner of Our Lady Star of the Sea RC Church, Christ the King Parish, Long Branch. Paul was pre-deceased by his Mother, Mary Ellen¸ brother John Edward and his sister Mary Ellen Schulz. Surving is his Father, John M. McCue; his sisters and brothers, Elizabeth, Martin, Claire, Charles, Eileen and Mark; and eleven nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Monday, Sept. 26th, 4pm to 8pm at the Woolley Funeral Home, 10 Morrell Street, Long Branch. The funeral mass will be celebrated Tuesday, Sept. 27th, 10:00 AM, Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, Second and Chelsea Ave., Long Branch. Interment will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Wall Street, West Long Branch. You may light a candle of condolence by visiting www.woolleyfh.com.
