Ray Rubman left a message on November 29, 2018:
To the Family I worked with Phil over the past 7 years at Shore Regional and had a special bond with him. I will miss our daily routine full of laughs and family discussions. I would sit with Phil at times during the day and as students walked by, the greetings were always" Hi Phil," I would turn to Phil and say how about you tell them to say hello to me also and he would chuckle, he had a special connection with the students. Phil’s first priority was always about his family. He cherished his grandchildren and would speak fondly of them often. Phil had a daily story to tell me about his dog Coco, which definitely was his best friend. The Halls at Shore will be empty of his physical being but will be filled with his spirit as it will always be in my heart. Cherish all the memories as you and I will always have them to look back on. Good bye my friend. God Bless Ray Rubman
