Mr. Foran is survived by his son Salvatore Foran of Colts Neck, N.J., a brother Raymond Foran of Eureka, Calif., and his former wife Patricia. Mr. Foran was predeceased by his parents, a brother Edward J. Foran, and a sister Ann M. Gaunya. He is a U.S.Veteran, having served in the U.S.Army as a Paratrooper from 1962 through 1964. A member of the American Legion Post in Bayonne, N.J. For over 30 years, he worked as a boilermaker, and was a Licensed Master Plumber as well. He was a communicant of St. Marys Roman Catholic Church in Colts Neck.
