Ruth Levien (née Waldman), 92, passed away peacefully on September 5, 2026 surrounded by family.

Ruth was the daughter of Henry and Diana Waldman and sister of the late Edith Schnuer (late Bob) and Marjorie Keller (Coty). She was the beloved wife of William P. Levien and mother of Debbie Meyer (Ken) and Jessica Schaier (Michael).

Her greatest joy was her family. She was a cherished grandmother to Ali (Mark), Nick (Kelli), and Marty (Jess), and proud great-grandmother to Addi, Rose, Sloan, Daisy, William, Ivy, and Cameron.

Ruth’s intelligence, strength, and grace defined her. A true lady and remarkable woman, she loved her family deeply and leaves a legacy that will live on through generations. She was deeply loved and will be forever missed.

At the family’s request, burial will be private.
