Waltraud Ann Chiafullo, 76, of Long Branch, passed peacefully on Friday, January 21, 2022 from Dementia.
She was born to the late Waltraud Costabile and Benjamin Basile in 1946 in Kamp Lintfort, Germany and has a twin brother Benjamin Basile.
Ann is predeceased by her loving husband, Patrick Chiafullo, her brother James Basile and her parents. Surviving is her twin brother Benjamin Basile, her two sisters, Christine Pilling and Renee Basile, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Ann loved to have fun and laugh. She enjoyed her pig collection, traveling especially her trips to Atlantic City, playing Bingo, going to the Senior Center, anything Asian, and was an avid Yankees fan. She loved cooking and baking. Most important was spending time with her family and friends. Ann was a devout parishioner at Holy Trinity Church of Christ the King Parish, Long Branch.
Visitation Monday, January 31 from 3-6 PM at the Woolley-Boglioli Funeral Home, 10 Morrell Street, Long Branch. A mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Tuesday, February 1 at 10:30 am, 408 Prospect Street, Long Branch. Burial will follow at William Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Wrightstown.
