I started at Co-Steel Raritan as a security guard in the ealy 1990's and worked my way up to being Captain at that site. greeting Mr Shields and all the Co-steel family and sharing many moments with a great group of people.Then about 1996 I was able to join the Co-Steel family myself and be apart of his industry. A time I Honor an I cherish to this day.I left Co-Steel for Ford Motor Co. A few years later.Although Ford has been good too me Mr.Sheilds and his group will always hold aspecial place in my heart. Thanks for the memories.

Mr shields was our leader at raritan for many years. I loved working there when he ran the ship.He had a great dignity, and everyone knew and respected him. I shall never forget the yearly recaps of the company at the landmark inn. Mr Shields would anounce a increase in 401k or something and a great cheer would come from us.
