To Billy's family, I was an old friend of Billy. We were on our first little league baseball team together. The Bears. I am sure you remember Billy and I were friends and played together back then. My parents were friend with his Mom and grandmother when they lived on Union street in Matawan. I saw Billy in August 2004 and we exchanged phone #'s and talked once to get together again. But, he was very busy at the time. I always remember him as a good person and very good with people. I really wished we could have gone out together after meeting again. He was such a nice guy and lots of fun. I will miss knowing he is no longer here on this earth. I cannot even believe this has happened and I am writing this condolence now. My parents also send their condolences. My Mother is the one that told me about him. I am very sorry and my thoughts and prayers go out to his family. Sincerely, Mark
