Ann Lubrano, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, was a devout Catholic who valued love, kindness and family above all else. Active in Girl Scouts and particularly in the Guild of the Star of the Sea Academy, Ann always stressed the importance of education. She embodied the 'golden rule' and got through the good times and bad with an unparalleled sense of humor and a contagious zest for life. She touched many lives with her joyous demeanor, generous spirit and sharp wit. Surviving are her three children, Norma Santella of Flemington, NJ; Laura Musumeci of Locust, NJ; and Robert Lubrano of Long Branch, NJ; her six grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. In our heartsshewill always be standing by the window, waving. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, Long Branch, NJ at 11am Thursday November 11, 2010. Interment will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, West Long Branch.
