Many, many years ago Buddy loved to fish from the beach and jetties and always was very excited to talk about his latest catch. One early summer evening he called my Mom to say he had caught a lot of fish and come over to pick out some. So my Mom sent me over, as I walk around the corner I couldn't believe what I was about to see. The entire front yard was all lined with rows of fish. I can't imagine how he even got all that fish home. I still remember the joy he felt that he could share such a large catch with all the neighbors. He was a very generous caring person and I appreciate him being such a good neighbor to my Mom and Dad. Buddy we will miss you! Dianne

Some of our most beloved memories of Buddy are his generous spirit when it came to neighbors and friends. Buddy would set out early in the morning most summer days to go crabbing in his "secret place" and come home with bushels of delicious blue claw crabs. He'd come knocking on the door and share his catch. The neighborhood would gather for crab fests and block parties thanks to the Crab King. Buddy was a wonderful guy, great neighbor and our friend will be missed dearly. Condolences to the family.

Buddy had such a wonderful life because of all the deep love shared between him and his family. Susan's unstoppable loving dedication truly eased and lengthened his life so he could make beautiful memories with his "girls", not to mention how very proud he was of Stacy and Evan. We hope the memory of his laughter and his really great smile brings joy to your hearts. We will miss him, very much....
