David C. Maloney, 91 died Tuesday (9/30) at Care One, Holmdel. Mr. Maloney worked for 30 years as an elementary school science teacher with the Little Silver Board of Education, retiring in 1981. He graduated from Kean University, and held a Masters Degree in Education from NYU. He was active with the Monmouth Council Boy Scouts of America. He was a member of the New Jersey Teachers Association. Mr. Maloney was an Army Veteran of WWII Born in Nutley, NJ he formally resided in Fair Haven and Toms River. He was predeceased by his 1st Wife, Marilynn Maloney, 1978, and his 2nd wife June Sutton Maloney, 2008, and his brother Walter Maloney. Surviving are a daughter, Cynthia and her husband Roy Olsen, Keyport, three sons and their wives, Wayde and Galenda Maloney, Tannersville, PA, Glenn and Carol Maloney and Craig and Liza Maloney, both of Spring, TX, 5 grandchildren, Jessica, Lesley, Allison, Bethany, and David.
