William Somma 83, of Staten Island passed away Tuesday at Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune. Born in Brooklyn, NY William lived for the past 40 years in Staten Island, NY. Surviving is his wife Marie Somma (nee Frizalone), son James Somma and his wife, Patricia, 2 daughters Ann Marie Mezzacappa and her husband, Peter, and Lisa Somma, sister Josephine Somma, and 5 grandchildren Alissa and Sara Mezzacappa, and James, William, and Jessica Somma. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Mr. Somma's name to Collier Youth Services(Sisters of the Good Sheperd) 160 Conover Road, Wickatunk, NJ 07765.
