I was just wondering how Fred got his middle name as I have worked on the Wyeth Family History for 42 years and my name is Evangelist Jeff Wyeth, if you would e-mail me or look for me on facebook in Ohio.

Fred was a great friend of the Little Silver Library. I will miss his visits and our chats about WWII. He was an amazing man and I'll miss the twinkle in his eye.

Mr. Hock was a fine attorney and gentleman, who helped our late father, Thomas C. Hahn, years ago. He was well-respected, a true gentleman. The Hahn family sends our thoughts and prayers to his family and friends. May he rest in peace and his family find comfort in precious memories.

James Ruff left a message on May 17, 2016:
You don't know me. My name is James (Jim) Ruff. Fred and I roomed together at Rutgers University in 1942 and we also joined Phi Gamma Delta at the same time. I only knew Fred for 4 months and then I was drafted into the 11th Airborne Infantry Division, fought in the Philippines and occupied Japan after the war. I am 91 years old now and live in Cranford NJ. Over the years I would occasionally think about my few months at Rutgers and fondly remembered Fred and wondered what happened to him. I liked Fred and I think we could have been close friends. But the war changed everything. I am sorry for your loss. Jim Ruff
