I just finished viewing Kathy's life tribute and was so touched by it. I can see she had a wonderful life and a terrific family. I am her second cousin and remember her and the Kiernan clan at Seashore Day Camp and Surfside beach club. Kathy was in the same group as my sister Jill and they were good friends at that time. I was a year behind but always remember Kathy smiling or laughing (was she ever in a bad mood?) I am so sad that she has passed at such a young age, but I am sure her family will carry on with all the wonderful memories and teachings she passed on to them. Only the good die young! Rest in piece Kathy

I will remember all the times we talked when I came to her parents house to play with Karen. Back then I was known as Patty Copeland. She always smiled and went out of her way for others she was very good to Karen and I

My deepest sympathy to the Kiernan/Jamison families. I enjoyed working with Kathy at LDEM (when it was called that) and since retiring a couple of years ago, Kathy always had a big, bright smile and a hug for me when I'd stop in. She will be sorely missed but always in my prayers and all of our hearts. We all now have an amazing angel watching over us.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Kathy will always be remembered as one of the best!! I knew her growing up as kids, going to school together. She was always there for me when going thru some tough times as a mother and wife. We may not have seen each other over the years but I knew I could always count on Kathy should I ever need her as I would have been for her. She sure was one special lady, her laughter, her smile, her caring ways. Rest in Peace Lovely Lady, You will always hold a special place in my heart! And may God Bless those so dear to Kathy with strength and courage during this most difficult time.

Kathy, My family and I have so many memories of all of us growing up as children on Westwood Avenue. We were a real gang of kids having so much fun together. Way before cell phones and Ipads and video games. We were real kids enjoying each other, laughing, exchanging stories and using our imaginaions to create our own fun. We all had chores to do, but as soon ashey were done, we bolted outside o be together. We played ouside until our parents whistled for us to come in for supper and then homework time. We put shows on for our parents, we rode bicycles and when it was summer we played kick ball, caught lightning bugs and exchange secrets on the swings in the backyard. We absolutely never ever said we were bored! "!one day we alI heard your family was moving. The best news was that your move was not to a new town but that you were moving just a few houses up and across he street. We were all such good friends. Those special moments will be memories that my sisters and brothers will cherish forever and ever, To a very special friend, you will be missed but never forgotten in our hearts.
