We met on the playground at the old Gregory school. I had my two boys and you had your two boys. We both would let the kids run around after they were dismissed, release all that energy. That was 23 years ago. So many wonderful memories, he was there for me and I was there for him. Many great times and unfortunately there was bad times too. The good times were so much more, the laughing... The secrets... And of course the talks. He knew me and I knew him. "Mikey" knew about all my health problems and pain and I knew about everything going on with him. I watched as my best friend was going through so much, I watched as your pain got worse. We would be in contact several times a day and of course there were the days I would be at the house. I would bring my dog to be with his dogs and the rest of the family. His love of roses, he has so many rose bushes, you could just look at him and tell he had been pruning them. He would be covered in band aids. Mike and Paul always made sure that I was part of the family during holidays. At Christmas there was the stockings, not just for me but for my dog. At Thanksgiving we all pitched in cooking a fabulous meal. So many memories, I could write a book. I will NEVER forget my best friend. I love you with all my heart and I am so thankful for you always being there. The last couple of days were rough for us but I know that in your heart you were doing what you thought needed to be done. I can only hope that you are with your Mom and the two of you are having a blast at the casinos! And at last you are finally pain free! I love you Mikey and you won't be forgotten! I can see you now...all dressed up and ready to hit the town🥰🌹🌞❤️🐕 LOVE ALWAYS, Jennifer
