Michael T. Bartole, 72, of Long Branch, passed away on Sunday, August 18th.
He was born to the late Michael A. Bartole and Rose Teresa Nicholas in Bridgeport, Connecticut in 1947.
He is and still remains a devotee of the great heart-teacher Adida Samraj. Michael’s last action in this world was to wash his hands with a washcloth, as in relinquishing this world.
Michael was a very spiritual soul who meditated daily, he had a very peaceful personality that calmed those around him. Michael was also supportive to those that needed help. He was always joking and in good spirits. He was also a computer genius, fixing computers and working as a digital cartographer for NY City Transit Authority. Michael worked on putting the first subway maps on trains.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Bartole, his two sons, Aaron and Patrick Bartole, his siblings, Richard and Raymond Bartole, and Linda Diver, and three grandchildren.
