Patrick Paul Bertoldo, 62, of Old Bridge, formerly of Colts Neck, passed away on Wednesday, April 25th, 2012. Born in Staten Island, he lived in Matawan, and then lived in Colts Neck for 30 years prior to moving to Old Bridge just a few years ago. He was a Veteran of the U.S.Navy serving during the VietNam war. He was a member of many organizations including the Fathers Club at Christian Brothers Academy, the New York Athletic Club, the Colts Neck Golf Club, and was a Board member of Colliers Family and Childrens Services. He and his loving wife of 40 years – Lillian (nee DiGiovanni) loved Hawaii, and travelled there every year. Patrick was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather, and he truly loved his family and the time he spent with them. He is survived by his wife Lillian, his sons Anthony and his wife Marisa, and Christopher and his wife Elizabeth, by his grandchildren Jack, Katelyn, Charlie, Grace, and Ben, by a brother Thomas Bertoldo, and by his sisters Kathy Elisabay, and Dawn and Beth Bertoldo. Visitation will be on Thursday from 7 to 9PM and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9PM at the Holmdel Funeral Home 26 South Holmdel Road, Holmdel. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday at 10:00AM at St. Gabriel R.C. Church 100 North Main Street (Route 79) Marlboro, NJ 07746. Interment will be in St. Gabriel's Cemetery, Route 520, Marlboro, NJ.
