In June it will be 17 years that we lost our mother,Adele Stephanik. Prior to that she was a resident of the Willows for almost 6 years. It's not easy to put a parent in a nursing home. We always felt our mother was in good hands under the care of your mother and her staff. We felt the love, concern, kindness and compassion and felt so fortunate that our mother was in such a good setting. Our deepest sympathy to you. She was truly a lovely ,dedicated and Christian woman.

My earliest memories of Rose go far back to White Sands Beach club where she was playing cards with my mother Rose Mac Donald. Hence, a lifelong friendship began. She was always smiling, helpful and loving. She was always helping someone and what a great sense of humor she had. We will miss you.

Bill and Mike and family, Chris and I would like to express our sympathies for the death of your Mom. I was looking at old photos recently and there she was, along with you two and your dad, at numerous birthday parties, christenings and confirmations (she was my sponsor) at Freehold. Everyone was always so dressed up back in the 50's and 60's. Women and girls in dresses, men and boys in jackets and ties. We all looked good...and young. When I got married she gave me an Italian cookbook that I still use although I would have been embarrassed to have her taste my lasagna. It must be a very significant event to lose a parent, let alone two. Again, our sympathies.
