I had the privilege of meeting Tim and his family during my 20 years of working for Staples. He was one of the kindest people I have ever met in all that time. My day was always a little brighter when he would come in for copies and a conversation. Tim had small interactions with big impact and will be missed. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family, friends, and everyone who will be missing the little moments with Tim. Sending all my love,
Melissa Manna
Brother Tim, I can’t imagine a world without you in it. I have so many memories to cherish but will miss you so much. I will miss picking up the phone and hearing “sister Shell.”

Tim, you have touched many people in your life. You will be missed by your Honeywell friends and by me most of all. Rest in peace my friend.
My deepest condolences and sympathy to the NEHER family ..... On the passing of a close one to them, their husband and father .
Yes, it is. With a deepest sense of loss that I write a few words on knowing Tim.... Kind , caring , concerned , Helpful ,
devoted , and pretty much an all rounder.
Last time I saw Tim was at the pool and was promised that this summer before it was ended that we'd go fishing .....Well I guess not .
Fun fact is that I had to get a swim trunk to attend swimming and was lent / given to me for next time .
Meeting Both adults was so much fun when we went for walks , shared a good joke or even good food !!!! Of which I do know he was a good cook like his wife Theresa .
Finally , I bid you farewell and hope to see you on the other side . Rest in the hands of the Almighty !!!
Bless Be the tide that binds Our Hearts in Christian Love . Amen 💕💕💕✌️✌️✌️🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
I met Tim when our sons were scouts together. Since then we have been co-advisors to a Philmont Crew, skied together with the skidads multiple times. and most recently as part of a walking group with Tim and Theresa. I will cherish the memories of chats with Tim over coffee at Philmont watching the sun come up over the mountains in New Mexico. I will always remember Tim as full of life, upbeat, funny, with a kind word to say of everyone. He and Theresa were generous with their time and money to help those less fortunate. I will miss him. Tim inspires me to be a better person.
Dearest Theresa, Tally and Tyler,
It is with great sadness that we learned of the untimely death of Tim. There are no words to express a life taken so soon. May you find comfort in the many wonderful memories you created with him.

It was a privilege to meet and work with you and Tim. I could see that you were a great team planning and making decisions together. Sending you and your family my very sincere condolences, prayers and love

Long live Tim!
Tim was a very lovely father figure to my family. Tim, his Wife Theresa, his son Tyler and his daughter Tally always make sure that my family is doing well. I just want you to know that we really appreciate the love that you showed us during this past 8 years. Our hearts wasn’t ready for this devastating loss but God said he will heal all broken hearts. I know he will heal our hearts with all the good memories that you’ve shared with us. My sincere condolences to the Neher family during this heartbreaking time.

Tim brought so much joy and laughter to the world. The world with be a little less bright in his absence. May we all do our best to live as he lived. He certainly left a wonderful mark on all those he encountered.

Our hearts and prayers are with the Neher family. A wonderful husband, father, and friend has moved on from the place way too soon.
I am so full of sorrow reading this. While Tim and I aren’t close friends, I have had the pleasure of golfing with him on Thanksgiving morning over a couple of decades with a mutual friend and co-worker of his. Tim was always such a kind and full of life personality. I always looked forward to seeing him and on some years his son who joined occasionally. We always enjoyed good banter and celebrated our good holes and quickly forgot our bad ones. My sincere condolences to the Weir Family! 🙏❤️🏌🏿
Thinking of you and sending my love during this difficult time.
Words can’t express how saddened we are to learn of your loss. Please take good care of yourself.

I met Tim’s son, Tyler, during our undergraduate courses at the University of Central Florida. I was so fortunate to first meet Tim, Theresa, and Tally when they hosted myself and some friends during a roadtrip to New York. The Neher's were so generous to host us, feed us, and laugh with us. Tim had such an amazing sense of humor. I feel so grateful to have also been hosted by the Neher’s during my graduate school interviews that took place in New York. I cannot recall a more loving, funny, and generous family. Tim was a great man who will be awfully missed. May Tim’s memory be a blessing to all who knew him. My many condolences to all who had the pleasure to know and love him.

As a colleague and team mate for 35 years at Honeywell I am devastated by the loss of Tim.
Working together over all that time and with a countless number of golf matches and silly bets ; I received more laughs than anyone deserves in a lifetime.
He always provided that, sense of rational and calming demeanor whenever things got crazy. I miss seeing him!
Theresa, Tyler and Tally, we are so very sorry for your loss. We pray the Lord will give you peace during this difficult time.

corvetteywl1@att.net. I'm so sorry to hear of Tim's passing. Tim was a good friend of my oldest brother Doug. They would have graduated together but Doug passed away at 18. Dewayne also was a friend. Alot of good memories of them playing pool over at our parents home. My condolences to your family ❤️
Prayers and hugs for the family. ❤️
I have known Tim for a number of years through my best friend Darlene, and Theresa . Tim was such a loving and very giving of his time and had such a caring personality always wanting to help. I am honored to have had the pleasure of knowing Tim. I recently moved back to my home state of New Jersey and Tim was kind enough to help me with finding a vehicle. Tim looked around and found the most beautiful , well-maintained , and extremely low mileage and best price SUV for me. I just love my Nissan rogue , thank you Tim for taking such great care of me. Like you said to me in your note recently, I am your favorite sister from Florida lol, you Tim are my brother from another mother. I will never ever ever forget all you have done for me Theresa as well. You truly will be forever loved and forever missed. May you rest in eternal peace🙏🙏🙏😱

Tim was truly a one of a kind. He was kind and thoughtful. He helped me very early on in my career at Honeywell as my mentor and became my friend. We enjoyed some great times at Kickoff's, Users Groups and most especially at the Casinos during our school shows. Tyler Tim and I had a great time on his 60th. Never to be forgotten, the great ones never are. Miss you already Buddy!
I knew and worked with Tim for years in Honeywell and never met anyone like him . Our world is a little smaller with his passing. He was the friendliest and most helpful person I have ever met. His honesty and kind demeanor opened up people’s hearts. I as well as others are sadden by the loss of a wonderful colleague and friend.. taken too soon RIP.
Tim was a great neighbor. I was hoping to go fishing with him again. Our prayers go out to his family .
GLAD TO HAVE MET many yea years ago. GREATfriend and a Wonderful person.
We had the pleasure of getting to know Tim and his beautiful family many years ago at Lincroft Presbyterian Church. I worked with Tim on the Property Committee that Tim chaired for several years. His quiet gentle kindness and consideration for others was a blessing to all knowing him. My husband remembers being together with Tim digging a trench in the mud for hours after a storm flooded one of the church classrooms. One could feel his love for his family and his faith in God being in his presence. His gentleness modeled how to live a man’s life as a Christian. Our prayers go out to his family and friends as they deal with their heartfelt loss and sadness.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
Thank you for all your help in college and continued support after. Much love and I will also continue to help your family however I can.

Over the last 2 years i had the pleasure of being in Neher family due to Tally being my beautiful girlfriend..these last few years spending time with Tim , Momma Neher , Tally and Tyler i truly got to see how amazing Tim was as a Husband , Father , Friend…he exemplified what the perfect man should be and he did just that..He was so selfless , so loving , so comical..so patient and so humble. I could write a book about all the great things he did..I’m truly heartbroken at the loss of Tim….I am a better person because of him and i will forever cherish the times we had…The picture is the last time i saw him..so so much love for you Tim Neher , until we meet again ❤️
I worked with Tim for 2 years at Honeywell and he was the kindest, funniest and most compassionate man I'd had the pleasure of working with. If I needed help with something, Tim was there. If I needed to vent, Tim lent an ear. There was always laughter in "the pit" which is what I called the area where the sales guys were, and usually Tim was at the center of that laughter. Sending prayers to the Neher family. May his fond memories help you through these difficult times.
Thank you neighbor, for your friendship, your generosity, your kindness, and everything that made you the truly wonderful individual that you were. Shore Villa will never be the same without you, but may your legacy and all your dedication to the neighborhood over the years shine brightly for future generations to come.
I first knew Tim in the first grade at West Newton Elementary. He was kind and funny. I remember learning that he had married a sweet friend, Theresa Lee, and it warmed my heart knowing that two such special people would end up married and having two children. I will be praying for this special family. May God surround you with His tender mercy and love.
Rest easy, We love you Uncle Tim!
I am so very sorry for your loss. I worked with Tim at Honeywell for years, he was always so happy and upbeat. This is a tragic loss and my heart goes out to all who loved him.
Prayers to Tim’s family during this difficult time.
Please accept our deepest condolences for your family's loss.
