VICTOR J. CERIELLO, 68, of HOLMDEL, passed away peacefully on Friday evening October 9th, at his home surrounded by his family after a long and valiant battle with cancer. Born in Catskill, N.Y. he lived in West Long Branch prior to moving to Holmdel in 1991. He started his career working as a Trim Foreman for the Ford Motor Company in Detroit, MI. He was a long time gasoline retailer owning Shell North in Lakewood, NJ. He received many Circle of Success Awards from the Shell Oil Company. Mr. Ceriello was a real estate investor in many commercial and residential properties and sat on Boards of several Condo Associations. He was an avid wine collector, Corvette and classic car enthusiast, and a loyal NY Yankee fan. He relished coaching his sons baseball teams. He served in the U.S.Army Reserve from 1958 to 1960. Mr. Ceriello is survived by his wife Robin (nee Ritter), his sons Victor and Robert Ceriello, his daughters Debra Ceriello of Heber City, Utah and Cheryl Aramburu and her husband Mark of Cold Spring Hills, NY., his brother Vincent and his wife Kathryn of Rogue River, OR., his five grandchildren Nicole, Amanda, Robert, Nicholas, and Ariana, and many loving relatives and friends.
