Ann Lucchese, 93, of Lakewood, passed away Tuesday surrounded by her family.

Ann was born and raised on Staten Island.  She graduated from McKee High School on Staten Island.  Ann married Paul Lucchese and the two had three children together.

Ann began her working career in 1965 at New York University as an administrator where she worked for 30 years before retiring.

Ann enjoyed an occasional trip to Atlantic City, playing cards with her neighbors in her community clubhouse, cooking, baking, knitting sweaters for her grandchildren, and spending time with her family.

Ann is survived by her children, Joanne Capelle and her husband, David, Paul Lucchese and his wife, Stephanie, and Laura Belvin and her husband, Steven; her nine grandchildren, Michelle, Kristie, Paul, Matthew, Melissa, Adam, Tara, Victoria and Michael; and her beloved 11 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Sunday, August 20th from 4:00-6:00 P.M. at the Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 S. Holmdel Road, NJ 07733.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Monday, August 21st at 9:15 am at The Church of St. Catharine, 108 Middletown Road, Holmdel.  An entombment will follow at Holmdel Cemetery Mausoleum.
