Dave and Lisa, We are so sorry to hear of Lindy’s passing. She was so full of life- we remember her standing at the grill, serving loads of guests, enjoying listening to your band, and hosting a huge lobster-fest for her husband, always with a joyful smile. Our thanks for including us in these celebrations, and our thoughts of comfort are with you as you mourn a great lady. Cousin Sue and Rob

My sincere condolences to the family. I have to share with you that as a student in the Wall Township schools in the 60’s , the Freedman’s Hard Rolls were the BEST selection in the cafeteria. I was a good friend of the two Miltenberger girls (daughters of the baker at that time). We loved having the leftover treats from Freedman’s A big loss to Belmar to when it closed. My thanks to your mother for all she contributed to this Jersey Shore institution.

Lindy was a dear friend for almost 50 years. We shared a love of literature and the arts. I was privileged to be able to read many of the things she wrote before she sent them out to the public. She was a wonderful wordsmith and I consulted her many times for titles of my art pieces. She will be missed but always remembered. Arlene

I send my deepest condolence to Mark and David and to the rest of Lindy’s family and friends on her recent passing. During the years I was privileged to know her she was always kind and accepting of me whenever we met. May the deep sadness of her passing be softened by the fond memories of a well lived and vibrant life.
