Over the years I've mostly experienced Bernie's gentle spirt and kind manner through Lenore. "He is the love of my life" she said often and with the certainty of historical fact. My Bernie story? I remember a Valentine's Day, during an especially rough period in my life, and Bernie arrived, looking incredibly handsome, with a chocolate heart for me.
