Brendan H. Sole, 63, of Atlantic Highlands, passed away on December 19^th at his home.

Brendan was born at Riverview Hospital in Red Bank; he would graduate from St. James Middle School and the Red Bank Catholic High School. He would then further his studies graduating from Kean University.

He was a good businessman who worked as a property manager. He loved walking on the beach, Cape May, and most of all his daughters.

Brendan is survived by his daughters Taylor and Rebecca Sole; his siblings Frank Sole and wife Laura Sole, Anne Marie Sole, Kathleen Sole, and Julia Alexander; and his nieces and nephews Anthony Sole, Bethany Avery, Richard Lipari, Gabriela Alexander, and Mario Alexander.

A memorial gathering will be held Friday, December 29^th from 11:00-1:00 PM with a service at 12:30 PM at the Woolley-Boglioli Funeral Home, 10 Morrell Street, Long Branch, NJ 07740. A burial will follow at Mt.Carmel Cemetery, West Long Branch.

Colleen and I were shocked and heartbroken to hear the news of cousin Brendan’s passing. Growing up, he was like a big brother to me. I hold many fond memories of us as kids in Red Bank and Atlantic Highlands. I’ll always remember his great smile, confidence and kind heart. It was an honor to have him in our wedding party. I remember on our wedding day, I did not own a pair of cufflinks and Brendan drove me to a jewelry store and bought me my first pair of gold cufflinks, which I have to this day. Words will never express how sorry Colleen and I are over your loss. Please know our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Sole family during this difficult time.
