Carole Costantin, 75 of Farmingdale passed away on Wednesday, August 24th. Carole was born and raised in Bronx, NY. She lived there for 22 years before relocating to New Jersey. Carole will be remembered as a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be dearly missed. Carole is predeceased by her parents, David and Pauline Winarsky; and her sister Sandra Rudnitsky. She is survived by her beloved husband, Joseph Costantin; her son, Steven Costantin and his wife Judy, Farmindale, her daughter, Susan Fishoff, and her husband Steven, California; and her grandchildren, Nicole, Lindsay, Jenna and Jason. Visitation Saturday, August 27, 4:00 – 7:00 pm at the Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 S. Holmdel Road, Holmdel. Entombment Sunday, August 28th 11:00 am at the Holmdel Cemetery Mausoleum, 900 Holmdel Rd, Holmdel.
